Recommendation on property management software?

I am managing residential homes for other owners, and am just using QuickBooks currently. Does anyone know of a good application I can use to stay on top of my maintenance and produce owner statements?

I would definitely recommend PropertyBoss. They have been an Intuit Development Partner for years, and their QuickBooks interface is second to none. The software is also easy to learn and use, and they have web services that allow you to link your data to your website so you can list available units and allow your owners and tenants to manage their accounts online.
