Can I press charge a person in rental property management company?
I have a rental property out of state, and my management co. gets rent from tenant and not send me a money keep saying that a tenant has not paid.
Payment has been delayed several months, and I managed to talk to a tenant and she said all payment is up to date. A tenant is going to sending me copies of receipt rof rent from the co. Can I proceed to a press charge from police?
This is a civil matter, not a criminal one, so police really aren’t going to care much. You’d go to claims court. But you can sue anybody for anything these days.
