In our economy, is it a good time within 3 years to start a property management company? Rentals up or down?
My wife and I want to start a property management company in the next couple years. I’ll have my contractors license and do any maintanence and construction while she leases and works the office. Is this a good time for an opportunity like this? I’m in Oregon…
If the mortgage companies tighten up on lending, it is likely that there will be a lot of people renting……
of course buyers could just get smart and buy smaller houses…..
