explain d benefits of using a PMS (property management system) in hotel industry 2 d guests,staff,organization

this question is related to HOTEL industry .. in relation to software use….please ans me within 2days… THANK YOU..

Any property management system will help you keep track of guest records, credit card info, when they stayed, how many ppl they had with them, what charges they made. Also, keeps track of reservations so you know which rooms will be available on certain days and which ones are already booked. Is this what you were asking for?
