Property management companies regulation?

Hi,
I am trying to find out if property management companies are regulated by some board / law / regulating body. ie somewhere someone who has been wronged by their property management company, can complain to.

My house is being badly managed and i am being ripped off left right and center. With my house being in the UK and me abroad it is difficult and they are taking advantage.

Some are attached to estate agents, so come under their regulations. A good management co is worth their weight in gold, a bad one are a liability.
I would suggest you move your business immediately.
